We’re an independent venue finding agency with access to tens of thousands of venues throughout the world. Over the last 20 years we have built excellent relationships, not only with our lovely clients, but also with a vast number of venues and suppliers.
Our goal is to provide our clients with the perfect venue, in the right location and on budget. In order to achieve this, we seamlessly combine our unique databases, second to none rate negotiation skills and our knowledge of the market place.
Having fully understood your specification, we find great venues which match your criteria. We check availability, negotiate rates, minimum numbers and added values. We prepare a proposal for you, giving details and photographs of each venue selected, and a simple breakdown of costs. We hold the space on your behalf and we can arrange accompanied site visits, if required. Once you have selected a venue, we arrange for a contract to be sent to you by them.
