2. What information will Amber Marketing & Events collect about me?

We may receive personal information about you when you:

This information is statistical and will only be used by representatives of Amber Marketing & Events for the further enhancement of the online services that we offer.
  • To provide you with the most user-friendly navigation experience. Amber Marketing & Events may also use and disclose information in aggregate (so that no individuals are identified) for marketing and strategic development purposes.

You have the right under GDPR to withdraw your consent to be contacted by Amber marketing & Events at any time and to have your contact details and other information we hold about you removed from our mailing lists and records. 8. Can I find out what personal information Amber Marketing & Events holds about me?

Under data protection regulations you have the right to request a copy of the personal information that Amber Marketing & Events holds about you and also to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We require you to prove your identity with two pieces of approved identification). We will use all reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you from our files and records.

Will there be a charge for supplying this information?

We follow the guidance of the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) when dealing with subject access requests. This states that a copy of information requested must be supplied free of charge, but that a reasonable fee based on administrative costs may be levied for excessive or repetitive demands for the same information or if further copies are requested.

Amber Marketing & Events websites contain hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by third parties. These third party websites have their own privacy policies, including cookies, and we urge you to review them. They will govern the use of personal information you submit or that is collected by cookies whilst you are visiting these websites.
We cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party websites and your use of such websites is at your own risk.
